Shipping policy

All shipping rates are calculated by Shopify's carrirers based on the distance from our location and the weight of items. Orders typically take 2-3 days to be processed and shipped. We are currently still figuring out international shipping! So we currently only ship to the contiguous U.S.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at morgana@atablecheznous.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We use recycled and eco-friendly compostable packaging.

We use recycled packaging, that may or may not be made of recycled materials, biodegradable cellophane tape for poly mailers, recyclable kraft packaging tape, and print our labels on recycled unbleached kraft paper that are made with biodegradable adhesive backs =) Please remember to recycle your packaging once you receive your order!
